ARRIVAL IN AUSTRALIA. (United Press Association—Copyright). FREMANTLE, March 12. General Evangeline Booth, world commander of the Salvation Army, arrived from London by the Mooltan. She is described as having a charming personality, a keen sense of humour, and a frankness of speech. She was given a civic reception at the wharfside by the Mayor of Fremantle before going to Perth, where a similar gathering awaited her.
