The intruder must have climbed up a pipe on the side of the building and then gained access through a fanlignt above the dress circle. He must have performed a Seat of acrobatics m reaching a metal truss six or seven feet below the fanlight, and thence dropping into the dress circle. He had to scale a 12ft. partition to get into the office, the door of which was locked. After opening the safe and removing the contents, he dropped into the stalls and escaped by climbing over a ticket box in the lobby.
