QUESTION OF GUARDIANSHIP. STATE ACTION OPPOSED. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.55 p.m.) OTTAWA, March 11. “Give us our babies,” says an appeal by Mr and Mrs Dionne, protesting against the Bill for establishing a guardianship until fhe quintuplets are 18 years of age. They declared that the Premier of Ontario (Mr Hepburn) told Mr Dionne that God never intended him to be rich. Mr Dionne protests against the family being split. “I don’t want the babies to be State children. lam willing to sign an agreement that the babies will not be exploited on tbc stage.”
