Damages amounting to £l6lO and costs were awarded in the Supreme Court to-day to James Marshal, former superintendent engineer to Cable and Co., from whom he claimed £3OOO for alleged wrongful dismissal, and also asked judgment for a share or the net profits which be contended was due to him.
