PRINCES SUBMIT THEIR VIEWS. (United Press Association—Copyright) . (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) CALCUTTA, March 10. The Maharajahs of Patiala and Bikamer and the Nawab of Bhopal submitted to’the Viceroy (the Earl of! Willingdon) personally a long memorandum on the Federation proposals in the new constitution plan. They emphasise the necessity of making changes in the Government of India 13ill_ as suggested at the recent meeting of princes and State Ministers in Bombay.
