The British United Press correspondent at Berlin says that scores of male and female Jews who emigrated since the Hitler regime gained power have been forced to return owing to the difficulty in obtaining financial help from relatives who have been imprisoned “for enlightenment and instruction and to cleanse them from fc > cign influence.” Those in prison were told that they would he freed after instruction in the ways and ideas of the new, Reich.
