TWO PROSECUTIONS.

CALCUTTA SWEEP CHARGE. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, March 8. Advice has been received in Hamilton that only two of the 193 njen whoso names were taken by the police at the Calcutta sweepstake raid in To Aroha a fortnight ago will be, prosecuted. This' decision was made by the Commissioner of Police (Mr W. G. Wohlrnan). The two men referred to will be charged with conducting a common gaming house.
