YOUNG MOTORIST KILLED. ANOTHER SERIOUSLY INJURED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A motor-car containing two men, Mr Frank Philpott, aged 22, and Mr William James Stevenson, aged 19, was travelling down the Happy Valley road toward Ohiro Bay when it ran over a bank and 1 came to rest upside-down against a concrete wall. Both men were taken to hospital, but Mr X > hi 1pott was dead on arrival. Mr Stevenson suffered fracture of both thighs and 'shock, being in a serious condition.
