NEW TARIFFS.
AUSTRALIAN COTTON DUTIES. (United Press Association —Copyright) CANBEIRRA, November 12. The Federal Cabinet considered the new tariff schedule, to be introduced into Parliament shortly. It is understood that the cotton duties recently imposed by the Commonwealth Government wore reviewed to determine whether an agreement could be reached with the Lancashire interests. No decision was reached but it is possible that certain alterations will be made to meet the situations
