IN NEW ZEALAND WATERS. AUSTRALIAN EXPLOITATION. (United Press Association—Copyright) SYDNEY, October 26. Another trawler, the Tongkol, will leavo to-morrow to exploit New Zealand waters, where it is thought that there is a better bottom and ' less danger of losing gear compared with the New South Wales fishing grounds.
