A GARDEN COLONY.
HOMES FOR PARENTS. HEALTHY FAMILIES PLAN. LONDON, July 80. A new project to commemorate the advent of the Hitler regime is to found a garden colony of 19 houses lor “hereditarily healthy families,” says the Berlin correspondent of the “Times.” Married couples who wish to. live in the colony must not he over 30 years of age. They must undertake to increase their families by two children in five years and by four in ten years, and the children must be eugenically faultless. If the parents fail to fulfil their undertaking they must vacate their house within three months. If they have four children and pay the rent punctually, the husband will be entitled, after 10 years, to demand the title deeds of the house.
