AWAITING ARREST.
ALLEGED MURDERER. CALL AT POLICE STATION. CALCUTTA, August 1. The alleged murderer of a European woman had difficulty in having himself arrested by the Calcutta police. When he went to the police station, ho found the building deserted as all the policemen were out looking for him. He had to wait an hour until they returned.
