DOWAGER COUNTESS OF ONSLOW (United Press Association —Copyright). (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, August 9. The dowager Countess of Onslow, widow of the fourth Earl and ex-Gover-nor of New Zealand, is dead; aged 82. MR GEORGE F. ROACH. HASTINGS, This Day. Mr George Frederick Roach, formerly Mayor of Hastings for four years, 'is dead; For many years he was head of Roach's, Limited, a large merchant dise firm founded by his father 50 years ago. Mr Roach had a fine record in public life.
