TRANSFORMATION THREATENED

(United Press Association— Copyright). 1 (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) BERLIN, Alay 29. Bitterly blaming the nations that are shutting out German exports, Herr Schmitt (Alinister of Economy) in a speech at Frankfurt, said that Germany might he compelled to revolutionise industrial economy in a manner tremendously affecting the world trade. Unless the nations co-operated in efforts for her rehabilitation, Germany would he forced to utilise chemists and engineers to invent a substitute for raw materials, which would nob he a temporary palliative but a permanent transformation.
