REBUKE FOR THE PRESS. DENIAL OF CENSORSHIP. WASHINGTON, April 23. General Johnson, chief administrator of the N.R.A., invaded the annual convention of the American Society ot Newspaper Editors in Washington to reprimand the Press for publishing the charge that the N.R.A. had imposedl a Press censorship of any kind. "Why, I could not have lasted one month if I had been as incompetent as some newspapers allege, or if I were the blusterino; jackass displayed in some cartoons," shouted General Johnson.
