PUBLIC NOTICES. SETTLEMENT LAND FOR LEASE BY BALLOT. Applications for a lease of the undermentioned land will be received at the Lands and Survey Office, Durham Street, Christchurch, up to 4 p.m. on FRIDAY, Bth June, 1934. Applicants must appear before the Land Board at 10.30 a.m. on TUESDAY, 12th June, 1934, and should be prepared to produce documentary evidence as to their financial position and general farming ability. The ballot will oe held immediately following the examination •of applicants. The usual preferences at the ballot will apply. 76 ACRES 2 ROODS 13.6 PERCHES. Such' rate to become due and payable in one sum at the office of the Board, Tancred Street West, Ashburton, on the 81st day of July, 1934.
