POLICE FIRE ON THE CROWD.
FIFTY ROUNDS DISCHARGED.
TEXTILE WORKERS' STRIKE

There were wild scenes in Bombay last night when the police fired 50 rounds at riotous textile mill strikers and also made a baton" charge, injuring 10 persons. . Th-i strikers retaliated by attacking the police with stones and bottles. The police later succeeded in dispersing the mobs, using revolvers and rifles. The casualties are not known.
