LOBBY RUMOURS DENIED. GOVERNMENT'S PROGRAMME. (United Press Association—Copyright). LONDON, January 29. In spite of Labour suggestions in the lobbies that a general election is possible this year, the Government is not proposing to appeal to the country before 1936. . Consideration of the Unemployed Insurance Bill will conclude, in July, and the feature of the autumn session will be the Indian constitutional reform measure.
