GRIFFIN DEFEATS DON KIN WAIPUKTIRAU, This Day. Henry Donkin, of Havelock North, a former provincial amateur representative, fought his first professional boxing bout last night, being defeated, on points, by Jim Griffin, of Takapau, after a close contest. The fight went the fixed lOtouikls. Donkin will meet Clarrie Raynor at Blenheim next week.
