REPRISALS IN IRELAND.
AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE
(United Press Association— Copyright). LONDON, September 13. Twelve armed men' raided an inn at Lucan, a few miles out of Dublin and smashed some bottles of Bass ale. They took the licensee's brother in a lorry, blindfolded him and drove him to a'lonely spot on the Featherbed Mountain where they stripped him and forced him to wear a woman's undergarment on which was printed "Boycott Bass." The unfortunate man had to walk five miles in the bitter cold towards Dublin before he received assistance. One farmhouse refused him admittance, saying: "He might bo someone who would shoot us."
