(Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) LONDON, September 13. • The Madrid correspondent of the "Manchester Guardian" reports that 3000 people in the Mancha Real district are without food. Labourers are eating grass. Nevertheless, the colliers of Asturias struck. The new Premier (Senor Lenoux), when reminded that the Ministry numbering 13, took office on September 13, retorted: "We shall defy superstition." •
