MOTOR-BOAT BREAKS DOWN. RESCUE BY COASTGUARD. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 12.50 p.m.) LONDON, September 12. A motor-boat containing Mr J. H. Thomas and three companions broke down 2i miles off Shoreham. The party was rescued, exhausted, in a choppy sea, by coastguardsmen.
