DIVORCE PETITION.
EX-M.P. AS CO-RESPONDENT CLAIM FOR £IOOO DAMAGES {Per Press Association*. AUCKLAND', August 9. . A petition for the dissolution of his marriage with Mona Mary Richardson, of Auckland, was brought by Kenneth Rahiri George Richardson, of Auckland, a farmer, in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Smith and a jury. The petitioner alleged misconduct on the part of his Wife, and cited Harry Reginald Jenkins, company director, of Auckland, and formerly member of Parliament for Parnell, as co-respon-dent. He claimed £IOOO damages. The respondent and co-respondent denied the allegations. Much evidence is being taken, and the case may last Beveral days.
