MEETINGS AND ORATORY. LITTLE VIOLENCE TX AMERICA. (United Press Association—Copyright). NEW YORK, Alav 2. Communists and other radicals throughout the western hemisphere celebrated Alay Day in traditional manner and mass meetings and oratory. However, the day was unusually free from violence. The day was greeted in Chicago by a series of five bombings in Down Town sections the damage being about 150,000 dollars, mainly in . smashed windows. There were no casualties.
