AFTER DISCLOSURES IN RUSSIA. SOVIET'S TRADE SCHEME. (United Press Association— Copyright"*. (Received This Day, 11.16" a.in.) RIGA, April 9. A special decree has been issued dismissing M. Bogushevsky (chief editor of the official organ of heavy industries) soon after publication of the Soviet's decision to develop trade' with countries other than England and Germany. M. Bogushevsky's disclosures included exposures of mishandling the using of costly imported machinery for factories, refusal to accept Soviet-made equipment. He also asserted that half the output of the iSoviet metalworks was a mere scrap.—" The Times" cable.
