(Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) WASHINGTON, April G. t Outlining the legislative programme for the remainder of the special session of Congress, the Speaker of the House of Representatives (Mr Rainey) said that no action would be taken in respect to silver, which had become an international question, upon which a decision would have to be made by Britain, France and the United States.
