METHVEN UNEMPLOYED.

Sir,—l am a married mail with six children, working on relief works at Methven. For the week ended October 28 I received three days work at 10s per day, a married man with no children receiving the same amount of work. Surely, Mr Editor, there is something wrong here when a man with six children gets no more work than a man with no children. I am beginning to think it is time the Methven Unemployment Committee woke up and had a look around. Surely a man with children is entitled to more days than a man with none. FAIR PLAY.
