There is a general feeling that the twilight of Hitlerism has arrived, an'd the Nazis are expected to lose many seats at the elections next Sunday. , It is believed that Captain von Papen’s plans for reform of the Constitution include raising the voting age from 20 to 25, disfranchising about six millions and depriving the extreme parties of Hitlerites and Communists of their mainstay—the young voters.
