MEDITERRANEAN FLEET. (United Press Association-—Copyright.) LONDON, Oct. 27. - Vice-Admiral Sir William Fisher left London to-day for Maltfa, where he will take over as Commander-in-Chief of the Mediterranean Fleet. Sir William Fisher has been ViceAdmiral commanding the First Battle Squadron aild Second in Command of the Mediterranean Fleet since 1930. He served in the Great )?sir, and was in command of H.M.S. St. Vincent in the Battle of Jutland.
