PARLIAMENT DELAYED. t , i MR GULLETT'S BREAKDOWN, (United Press Association—Copyright.) CANBERRA, October 27. Mr H. S. Gullett (Minister of Customs) has suffered a complete breakdown in his health since his . return from Ottawa, and is unable to attend Parliament. This is delaying the debate on the Ottawa agreements. Fears are expressed that his condition is so serious that he may he compelled to resign from the Ministry.
