WHEAT AT WINNIPEG.
UPWARD TREND YESTERDAY (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) WINNIPEG, October 27. Wheat turned upward to-day, effectively halting fire two-day display of "bearishness," which sent prices to the lowest level in the history of the exchange At the close it showed gains of from one and 'seven-eighths to one and a-quarter above the previous day.
