CHARGE DISMISSED.
FLIGHTS ON SUNDAY. (Per Press Association). NAPIER, Oct. 27. , Information was dismissed by Mr Hewitt, S.M., this morning when George Bruce Bolt, a pilot of Wellington, was charged with plying for hire with an aeroplane at Napier on Sunday. The Magistrate pointed out thai: Magistrates in other parts of the Dominion had given varying decisions in similar cases, and he was not prepared to add another to these decisions. In his opinion, a case should go before a higher Court for a definite ruling. It is expected that the police will appeal.
