ELECTRICAL FISHING.
RUSSIAN INVENTION. (United Press Association— Copyright) LENINGRAD, Oct, 26. Electric fishing provides a new Russian sport. The fish are stunned by an electrical current and they rise to the surface where they are- caught easily bn hand. Plans are being laid to catch White Sea whales by similar methods.
