LONG VOYAGE.

BARQUE ENCOUNTERS GALES. LONDON, June 1. The dreaded Cane Horn showed its worst face to the Finnish baroue Herzogin Cecilie on the voyage home from Australia. When rounding the Horn the barque ran into a terrific gale, and, although sho made 15 knots and heavy seas swept her decks, no damage was done beyond a few sails being blown to pieces. Head winds encountered earlier had delayed the passage to 35 days from Point Augusta, where the barque took on a cargo of wheat. For five days the vessel was becalmed in the English Channel. The passage occupied 106 days, compared with 92 days last year.
