A.Hungarian merchant, Sylvester Matuschke, has been arrested m connection with the wreck of the Budapest express on September 12 ! it is reported that he has confessed also to the wrecking of the Basle-Berlin express on August 10, and to an attempt to wreck the Austrian express last winter. He says he perpetrated all .the outrages alone and had designed similar attempts in the near future on lines near Amsterdam, Pans, Marseilles, and Ventimigha (Italy). r . The police believe that his concession is reliable. He is not a Communist, but his mental condition may lie examined.
