The foursome championships of NewZealand, both professional and amateur, were fought out at Shirley on • Saturday in hot and muggy weather. The scores as a whole were not high, but the perrornmnces of the leading couples in both professional and amateurs were excellent. The professional foursomes was won by A. J. Shaw and J. Watt, with an aggregate of 145. J. Lambie and J. A. Clements were runners-up witli 147. The amateur foui-somes title was won by H. A. and J. L. Black, with an aggregate of 147. The runners-up were A.
