A “talkie” apparatus is to he installed in the Roval School for the Blind at Leatherliead. in Surrey. The idea is that the totally blind will be able to follow the story bv sound; the partially blind will he able to see and hear ;and the deaf and dumb —or whom the school contains a number—will be able to see tho film.
