£553 DAMAGES.
CYCLIST INJURED IN COLLISION (Per Press Association). GREYMOUTH. June 12. In the Supremo Court, Thomas Donnellan was awarded by the jury £553 damages out of £1039 claimed; from Frederick Robert Fairhall Gardener as a result of a collision between plaintiff, who was riding a bicycle, and defendant, who was riding a motorcycle, in Puketahii Street, Greymouth, on March 18, 1930. The evidence of plaintiff showed that defendant rounded the corner on the wrong side and rail into him.
