CHINESE TO BE DEPORTED. (Per Press Association)WELLINGTON, May 21. . Although his immigration permit expired in April, 1927, Wong Sek Yan, a market gardener, failed to leave New Zealand. The Collector of Customs, in a prosecution to-day, said that he would have pressed for a, heavy penalty, but owing to the fact that defendant was suffering from an incurable disease he would bo content to ask for his deportation. , The necessary order was made, and defendant is to leave by June 12.
