WILKINS' WIRELESS LICENSE. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This • Day, 11 a.m.) March IS. Kir Hubert Wilkins was granted authority b> the Radio Commission today to maintain radio communication with the United States on his Polar expedition. The license covers a series of high frequencies for broadcasting, and communications will have 200-v/att power, with the call letters WSEA.
