EXPLOSION ON SEALER
THREE MORE SURVIVORS FOUND TWENTY-SEVEN STILL MISSING. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) ST JOHNS,(Newfoundland), March 18. The sealer Beothic on Wednesday picked up a dory containing three survivors of the sealer Viking, which was destroyed by an explosion on Sunday. One'body was found near the scone of the disaster. With i2B men on shore, thero are 27 missing. SURVIVORS LAND ON TINY ISLAND. ST. JOHN (Newfoundland), March 17. A message from. Horse Island states that the tiny island was crowded on Tuesday night with the six score officers and men of the ill-fated sealer Viking, who got ashore after 36 hours of suffering, after their ship was blown to pieces in the explosion on Sunday.
