ENTERTAINMENTS.
MAJESTIC THEATRE. '•The Marriage Playground" will be shown finally to-night. It is a story of divorce-mad parents. Seven young Wheaters, led by Alary Brian, the eldest child, and guided by Fredrie March (the family friend.*, set definitely against the manner of 'living carried on by the wealthy, societyloving parents, Lilyan Tashman and Huntley Gordon, in this picture.' Kay Francis plays the divorced wife of Mr Wheater, with William Austin, as'Lord Wench, her newest husband. Joan Standing is the English nurse. The supporting programme is a very entertaining one. "Honey" will head the new programme to be shown to-morrow night. This is Nancy Carroll's first starring picture. .She is supported by a clever cast of players, including o talented juvenile. ST. PATRICK'S DAY DANCE. , The St. Patrick's Day Celebration Committee held a successful dance in His Majesty's Theatre last evening. There was an attendance of nearly 100 couples. -Mrs Mitchell's oichestra supplied the music. For non-dancers a euchre party was held in the Tancred Street Hall. The winners of the competition were Mrs A. Mactier and Mr H. Arnst.
