MINOR OPERATION PERFORMED. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 10.;m a.m.) LONDON, March 10. Mr Philip Snowden (Chancellor of the Exchequer), who is suffering from cystitis, following influenza, to-day underwent a minor operation, which a bulletin says was successfully performed. The patient bor? the operation very well.—British Official Wireless. Mrs Snowden anticipates that Mr Snowden will make the Budget speech if his present progress is maintained.
