She will berth an hour later, when the Chief Scout will he met informally by leading Scout officials and motored direct to Government House, where he and Lady BadenPowell will be guests during their stav The Council of Control and Scout Commissioner will call on the Chief. The rest of the day will be free. Friday will be the Scouts' great day, for which contingents are arriving from all parts of the State. -
