ELIMINATION TEST IN AUSTRALIA AIELBOURNE, Alarch 15. \ Rufus Stewart (South Australia.) won the Spalding elimination contest. to determine who should represent Australia in the British open golf
championship. His score was 309 for 72 holes.
The other scores were: Naismith (Victoria), 315; Downs (New South Wales), 330; Denholm (Queensland), 334; Robertson (Tasmania), 341.
