MONTREAL, March 13The existence of an alleged 3,000,000 dollar fake naturalisation paper ring, operated hero in conjunction with Chicago gangsters is being investigated by the Department of Justice at Ottawa. Albert Chabot a clerk in the naturalisation office, claimed, that faked Canadian naturalisation papers were made out here for gangsters and gunmen whom the United States were tryine to deport to Europe as undesirables. They were then deported to Canada, from whence they managed to recross the border.
