FINANCE MINISTER TO RESIGN. GOVERNMENT MAY BE INVOLVED (United Press Association—Copyright). LONDON. March 11. The Paris correspondent of the “News-Chronicle” states:—“The resignation of the Finance Minister, M. Fladin, possibly involving the fall of the Laval Government, is likely to follow the suspension of payment by three Franco-South American banks which have been financing Gompagnie Generals Aero Postale, which operates the air line between Paris and South America, and which latterly has been involved in a series of financial difficulties.”
