INVESTIGATION URGED. PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION SCHEME FOR CONCENTRATION. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 11. The National Union of Manufacturers has prepared ‘a statement which it hopes will be included in the agenda of the Imperial Economic Conference, urging investigation of Anglo-Dominion economic relations and a survey of the Empire’s resources with' a view to pooling and concentrating production in economic units in places liest suited for profitable production and cheap distribution. The Association suggests that representatives be summoned from all parts of the Empire to draw up a scheme for the development of transportation, migration and tariffs suitable to each part of the Empire. _
