FATAL CIRCUS FIRES.
FORTY DEATHS IN RUSSIA. (United Press Association—Copyright.) MOSCOW, April 11. A cinema fire in a travelling circus caused the deaths of 22 spectators at Volsk. Eighteen, mainly women and children, perished in a similar disaster in the village of Nalimovo, in the Ural Mountains.
