MORE ARRESTS MADE. (United Press Association— Copyright.) DELHI, April 10. The' action bv the Delhi police in arresting 13 prominent Congressmen is the latest development in the movement to violate "the salt laws. Those arrested include Davidas, Mahatana Ganhdi’s son, the second to fail into the hands of the nolice. He is charged with sedition. . ■Gandhi is at present at Bhimrad, where he arrived yesterday to the accompaniment of a chorus specially conposed of seditious songs, rendered by a large group of peasant women. The number of arrests is now 150. More leaders and volunteers have received sentences ranging from one year to two and a half years’ nerd labour.
